GBNL players must meet the
following requirements:
- Must be register as a player in play in the INA 2025 Season
- Any player
selected in the Flyers/Open GBNL players must play in a Division 1
- Any player
selected in the 23 Team must play in Division 2 or above
- Any player
over 18yrs must have a Blue Card
- All players
are to provide a current Certificate of Achievement – Section 1 Umpire Exam
- All players
are to complete a Medical Form
- All Player are to assist with running of INA Net and Little Netty Program (3-6yrs)
Other Activities
GBNL Players are expected to
participate in all activities as organised by INA, including but not limited
to:
- Representative annual presentation
- Representative team photo shoot
- NetSetGo Program
- Fundraising activities
- Any other activities as requested by INA
Players that fail to meet the above requirements may face
disciplinary action.
Court Time Allocation for GBNL Games
Equal court time is not guaranteed in GBNL games. Selection for the game participation will be based on the performance of players who demonstrated outstanding skill and commitment.
Injuries
Any player that sustains an injury either at GBNL training,
games, other netball games or outside of Netball, that prevents them from
participating at GBNL training or games is required to notify their coach and INA.
The injured player is required to provide a medical clearance confirming
they’re fit to return to training and playing.
Players withdrawing from GBNL
Any player who wishes to withdraw from their Representative team must send an email to Ipswich Netball Association. Please note that the withdrawal is immediate, and there is no cooling-off period once the decision to withdraw has been made. Upon withdrawal, your position will be offered to another player. Ipswich Netball Association will provide confirmation of the withdrawal and advise if any costs are outstanding.
