A New Era Is On The Way!

After the end of this season our courts will temporarily close as we begin an exciting renovation project, proudly funded through an investment by Ipswich City Council, with works expected to be completed around April 2027.

This significant investment will deliver upgraded facilities and an even better experience for our players, families and supporters, ensuring our courts are ready for the future.

While we'll miss seeing everyone during this time, we promise it will be worth the wait. We look forward to welcoming our community back in 2027 to celebrate our refreshed courts and kick off another fantastic season together.

Our Social Competition is set to recommence in Term 2, 2027, so be sure to keep an eye on our Facebook and Instagram pages for updates, announcements and registration details as we get closer to reopening.

Netball started in the Ipswich area in 1925, teams were formed from Ipswich suburbs and their surroundings districts and competed against each other. Most teams had their own home court and teams would travel to a different venue each Saturday for fixtures. It wasn't until 1960 when INA made the move to Limestone Park and Ipswich Netball Assoication was established.

The Vision of Ipswich Netball Association is to be a leading sports organisation that fosters development and a lifelong connection to netball.

Ipswich Netball respectfully acknowledges the Jagera, Yuggera and Ugarapul people as the Traditional Owners and custodians of the land on which we play. We pay our respects to their elders past, present and emerging, as the keepers of the traditions, customs, cultures and stories of proud peoples.

INA 2026 fixtures will be held from May - September and will include: Little Netty, NetSetGo 5yrs-10yrs, Juniors 11yrs - 14yrs and Seniors, Senior Mixed and Cadets Mixed.

NQ accreditation and learning opportunities for 2026

The NQ Workforce team have put together a calendar on accreditation and learning opportunities for 2026 for the coaches and umpires.

The webinars in 2026 will be free, however coaches and umpires are still required to register. These are available now on Netball Learning.

Tele-Mental Health Services

NQ has recently partnered with tele-mental health service White Cloud Foundation. This partnership enables White Cloud's services to be made available to Netball Queensland's Associations and their member clubs and participants, associated family members and other affiliations. They can assist with the following: Anxiety/stress/depression; Grief/loss; Coping with

change; Relationships or family issues; Living with serious injury/illness; Dealing with financial or other life pressures; and Improving wellness and quality of life.
