Service Inquiry and Request Form

Please be advised that all bookings for the Limestone Netball Courts must be made through ICC. Upon ICC's approval of your booking, you will be notified to collect the key and access code for the Old Toilets Block, as well as for the Emergency Gates locks, and lights, if necessary.

This form is solely for requesting Ipswich Netball Services, which include the use of our cleaning staff, toliet supplies, waste management services, goal posts, and arranging for INA to open the Canteen during your booking.

Request for INA Services

  • Canteen Access: Request for the Canteen to be opened during your booking.
  • INA Goal Post Pads: Request for the use of INA Goal Post Pads for your booking.
  • Cleaning and Supplies for Unisex Old Toilets Block (near Court 17): Request for cleaning and supplies for the Unisex OldToilets Block, located near Court 17, through ICC.
  • Waste Services: Request for rubbish bins and waste services during your booking.
  • Cleaning and Supplies for New Toilet Block: Request for cleaning services and supplies for the New Toilet Block.

Itemised Pricing

  • Canteen: No charge
  • Waste Services: $10 per bin (*1)
  • Goal Post Pads Hire: $20 per booking
  • Old Toilet Block Cleaning Fee: $45 (subject to booking *3)
  • Old Toilet Block: No charge (User responsible for cleaning if booked through ICC *2)
  • New Toilet Block Cleaning Fee: $105 (subject to booking *3)

Additional Details:

1: Waste services are billed per bin used on the day.
2: As per the ICC Booking Permit, the user is required to clean the toilets after use (i.e., remove rubbish and clean the toilets). If the user does not clean the toilets, the Ipswich Netball Association will issue an invoice to cover the cleaning services and product costs, up to $45.
3: The standard cleaning fee covers product replacement and cleaning services. Please note that the cleaning fee may vary based on the size of your event.


External Services: Please note that there is a $30 administration and processing fee for all external service requests.

Once your request has been processed and approved, you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow up to seven business days for processing.
